Align Rock provides UX/UI design, AI business integration, creative marketing, and consulting services. The scope and details of services are described on our website and within individual service agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use Align Rock’s services lawfully and ethically.

  • You shall not copy, distribute, or modify any content from Align Rock without permission.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any accounts, passwords, and sensitive information.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any assets (e.g., images, fonts) you provide for a project are legally owned and do not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Payments for services must be made as per the agreed terms.

  • Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If granted, a processing fee may apply.

  • If a refund is issued during the first month, any work created by Align Rock remains its property and cannot be used by the client.

  • Subscription-based services may be paused or canceled per the terms outlined in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property and Licensing

  • All materials, including but not limited to designs, logos, and content, are the intellectual property of Align Rock unless explicitly transferred to the client.

  • Align Rock reserves the right to showcase completed client work in portfolios, case studies, or social media unless an NDA is signed.

  • If a project includes third-party fonts or stock assets requiring licensing, the client must purchase the necessary licenses.

6. Prohibited Activities

Clients shall not:

  • Use Align Rock’s services to create or distribute unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent materials.

  • Misuse any confidential methodologies or frameworks proprietary to Align Rock.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt Align Rock’s website or services.

  • Use Align Rock’s services in a way that competes with the agency’s business.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • Align Rock provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

  • While we take industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee complete security of stored data.

8. Data Use and Electronic Agreements

  • By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications and agree that e-signatures, emails, and digital agreements hold the same legal weight as physical contracts.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Florida.
